Full Site Measured Survey
Following an initial discovery call we will arrange a measured site survey, where our surveyor will pop over and take detailed measurements of your property. From this we will produce a full set of architectural drawings, including plans, sections and elevations of the property.Whether this is for an extension or renovation, accurate plans and elevations are essential in allowing us to understand the constraints of your property. We aim to do this as quickly and efficiently as possible with minimum disruption to you.

Planning Applications
Whether you require Householder Planning Permission, Full Planning Permission, a Change of Use, a Certificate of Lawfulness for Permitted Development, a Prior Approval Application for a larger home extension, or even a Retrospective Planning Application, our team provide expert advice to guide you through all your planning needs.Once we have a detailed understanding of your requirements, we get to work on creating initial sketch designs to maximise the full potential of your property, considering circulation, natural light, ventilation, materials, design style, planning constraints and much more.We organise design workshops to present our ideas and work closely with you to refine the proposal until you are happy with the design. When the project is ready to be submitted for planning, we then produce a comprehensive set of existing and proposed drawings. This is supported by a Design & Access Statement or Planning Statement which demonstrates how the proposal is a suitable response to the site.We compile the required documents and submit the Planning Application to the Local Planning Authority on your behalf. Once submitted, we liaise with the LA Planning Case Officer to ensure a smooth planning process.

Once planning has been granted, we produce the architectural technical drawings and specification required for the Building Regulations submission. This is to ensure that any construction work carried out will comply with UK Building Regulations.We ensure the design addresses key factors such as Fire Safety, Site Preparation and Resistance to Contaminates & Moisture, Resistance to Sound, Ventilation, Drainage & Waste Disposal, Protection from Falling Collision & Impact, Conservation of Fuel & Power, Access, Electrical Safety, Security and more.Your project may require consulting your local water authority and obtaining a Build Over Agreement. We deal with all of this for you and on your behalf, along with the submission of the Building Regulations Application and liaising with Building Control.If you need assistance in acquiring cost estimates or finding a builder, we are more than happy to contact builders and assist you with this process.

Jonathon’s goal is to transform people's lives through bettering the space around them.His creative mind, technical abilities and attention to detail allows him to manage complex projects using BIM and create 3D visuals to illustrate ideas to clients.Jonathon is a RIBA Chartered Architect with wide ranging experience from residential extensions of <£100k to mixed-use and leisure projects of >£100m.In his spare time, Jonathon is often found on the tennis court, at the gym or listening to a self-development podcast.
Smrithi has a passion for making a difference to people and building meaningful relationships.Smrithi is a RIBA chartered architect and has extensive experience in the residential sector, from large scale housing developments to smaller homes utilising Modern Methods of Construction such as SIP panels and Modular Homes.She has worked in the Extra Care sector and is now leading the way in providing homes for children in care.When she is not working, Smrithi enjoys all kinds of dance, singing, playing the Veena and practicing yoga.

The brief for this interior renovation project was simple - a modern design including a large kitchen island and.... white!Our focus for this project was on materiality. White tiled flooring, textured walls and light timber units & panelling is what gives this property its unique character.Accents of black & gold elevate the space, evoking a feeling of both sophistication and glamour.
Victoria Road, Wargrave
This old Victorian property was full of charm and character, but in need of major renovation to bring up to scratch to function as a future family home!Creating a home that the family could grow into, the proposal sought to add a loft extension combined with ground floor rear + side extension.We worked closely with the client, a self-builder, to produce a comprehensive set of drawings for Planning and Building Regulations Approvals which they could eventually build from.The result - a timber frame construction consisting of an asymmetric-pitch to the rear and clad in charred black timber (Shou-Sugi-Ban). The existing red facing brick of the Victorian property contrasts beautifully against the charred black timber cladding of the extension.

The client approached us and asked us to maximise the space of a Victorian terraced property situated in East-London.The renovation included the demolition of an existing poorly built small rear extension and creation of a brand new rear and side-infill extension, combined with loft extension.The end result is a striking open-plan kitchen & living space looking out towards the rear garden. Strategically placed skylights and large bifold doors allow for light to permeate the space. Intumescent paint is applied to exposed steel beams creating a bold feature and giving the property it's unique character.

This semi-detached 5 bedroom home in Redbridge required a complete internal reconfiguration to include a new ground floor rear extension and a first floor extension. The client and his family love to host family gatherings and needed the space and flexibility in the living, dining and kitchen areas to provide this.
A few iterations later, we decided the best solution to maximise space was to re-locate the staircase to the front corner of the house, creating a grand statement feature staircase. Not only did this create a sense of openness and grandeur as you walk into the home, it enabled 5 spacious bedrooms over the first floor and loft.
One of the bedrooms on the first floor was turned into a flexible lounge which could become an additional bedroom if required. The use of partition walls were integrated to allow for flexible use of spaces.
The garden was re-landscaped as part of the design, to incorporate softer organic shapes to contrast the strong linear design of the extension.
