Co-founder and Director
Smrithi is an ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect with expertise in residential design, Modern Methods of Construction, and Extra Care housing. Smrithi leads the studio’s work in pioneering therapeutic environments for children in care, combining design excellence with social impact. Guided by a commitment to people and purpose, she creates spaces that nurture well-being, foster belonging, and transform lives.
JONATHON HUGHES
Co-founder and Director
Jonathon is an ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect whose experience spans bespoke homes to £100m+ mixed-use developments. Jonathon leads the practice’s focus on systems and processes, integrating BIM, advanced 3D visualisation, and emerging AI technologies to optimise design and delivery. With a balance of creativity and technical precision, he ensures each project is both visionary and rigorously executed.

Smrithi has a passion for making a difference to people and building meaningful relationships.
Smrithi is a RIBA chartered architect and has extensive experience in the residential sector, from large scale housing developments to smaller homes utilising Modern Methods of Construction such as SIP panels and Modular Homes.
She has worked in the Extra Care sector and is now leading the way in providing homes for children in care.
When she is not working, Smrithi enjoys all kinds of dance, singing, playing the Veena and practicing yoga.

Jonathon’s goal is to transform people's lives through bettering the space around them.
His creative mind, technical abilities and attention to detail allows him to manage complex projects using BIM and create 3D visuals to illustrate ideas to clients. Jonathon is a RIBA Chartered Architect with wide ranging experience from residential extensions of <£100k to mixed-use and leisure projects of >£100m.
In his spare time, Jonathon is often found on the tennis court, at the gym or listening to a self-development podcast..
