The project involved the full renovation of a residential property to create a warm, safe, and functional children’s home. The clients, driven by a long-standing ambition to support children in care, needed a space that felt domestic while meeting strict regulatory standards.
Drawing on our experience with similar facilities across the UK, we oversaw both the design and planning stages, ensuring a smooth approval process. The layout was carefully reimagined to prioritise comfort, supervision, and privacy, with robust yet welcoming materials used throughout.
The result is a home that balances practicality with a sense of belonging ready to offer its first residents a supportive and stable environment.
